The situation
In the 2023-24 school year, the student was a student at the school. During this period, the student was supervised by a teacher. In January 2024, the complainant lost confidence in this teacher because her son allegedly felt unsafe with him. She requested that another coach be appointed. Discussions were held about this request. The outcome of these discussions was that the teacher would remain the student's coach. In the 2024-25 school year, the student was still registered at the school, but the student did not participate in the educational process at the school. The student attended education at another location of the board.

The complaint regarding the teacher's treatment of the student is unfounded.
Treatment of teacher
The Committee is confronted with two different views on the teacher's actions. The complainant mentions only a few examples that would demonstrate the teacher's actions, which are disputed by the teacher in turn. Since the complainant has not substantiated her position with statements, the Committee concludes that the complainant has not made her complaint about the teacher's improper treatment plausible. In addition, the complainant does not mention any other examples that are acknowledged by the teacher or factually substantiated by her.
